Phone call today with office employee was horrible. Trying to understand the process for xrays for my mom. Lady was impatient with me because I was frustrated, she was rude and hung up on me. Will the order be sent to PCP? I don't know as she hung up me. RUDE, RUDE, No compassion at all.

I have been a patient of Dr. DeLeon for years and he and his amazing staff always do their best to take the best care of me as they can. I suffer from many various causes of severe pain including fibromyalgia, neuropathy, degenerative spine disease, spinal stenosis, arthritis, sciatica, bulging discs. I feel it's difficult for the world to understand folks that suffer daily from pain but Dr. DeLeon and everyone here treats me with such care and a true compassion. He has many patients each day but he always finds the time to work in a much needed injection or listen to an important question, clarify my medication refills needed, and overall reassure me. I wouldn't wish chronic pain on anyone, but if you suffer Dr. DeLeon and his incredible staff at River City Pain Management would receive my recommendation for you. Most recently, I just received a trigger point injection in my lumber region and I am blessed to be receiving some relief in that area after only 24 hours.

I've had back pain since my 4th back surgery 11 years ago. Dr Ellis gave me a temporary pain block that lasted 4 days. I'll be going back to see if I can get the RFA done. I could not be more thrilled with the prospect of being pain free for longer periods of time.
